Menu Plan Monday

In an attempt to keep up better with my blogging I am going to start a couple/few regular postings.  Menu Plan Monday will be one of them!

Monday- Seasoned chicken breast (not sure what “flavor”yet), baked potatoes and salad
Tuesday- Make your own Paninis, chips
Wednesday- Pizza (from a local take and bake place)
Thursday- TBD
Friday- Mashed potato stuffed chicken breast, veggie (whatever looks good), garlic bread
Saturday- Taco salad, brownies
Sunday- Pork chops, mac n cheese, salad, rolls
I “plan” what we will eat each day but its not a hard and fast rule.  Usually by Tuesday I am switching around the menus to fit my mood. 
Here is my shopping list for the week:
Boneless skinless chicken breast (if on sale)
Lean ground beef
Pork chops
Dinner rolls
Hoagie type bread for DH’s lunch
Pop Tarts (DH’s request)
Lunch meat (turkey and ham)
Low Fat Sour Cream
Frozen Pizzas
Lean Cuisines

    Taco salad and brownies? My two favorite things ever… so yummy! You are so organized!
